Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our services. By booking a consultation, making a payment, or using this website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Client") and Swami Samarth Numerology Consultation, operated by AlkaS ("we", "us", "our").

1. Services Offered

We provide personal numerology and astrology consultation services, including but not limited to:

• Numerology and astrology readings (delivered as a PDF report or via consultation)
• Mobile number analysis
• Lucky vehicle number analysis
• Tarot card readings
• Business name numerology analysis
• Name correction guidance

All services are provided by AlkaS personally. Delivery is via WhatsApp as a PDF report or through a scheduled consultation session, as agreed at the time of booking.

2. Booking and Payment

• Consultations are booked via WhatsApp at +91 99752 51231.
• Payment must be completed in full before the consultation or report preparation begins.
• We accept payments via UPI, bank transfer, and online payment gateway as communicated at the time of booking.
• Your booking is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment and confirmation from us.
• Prices are subject to change at our discretion; the price communicated at the time of your booking will apply to your order.

3. Delivery of Services

• PDF reports are typically delivered within 3–7 business days of confirmed payment, unless a different timeline is communicated.
• Delivery is made to the WhatsApp number you provide at the time of booking.
• Once the PDF report has been sent to your WhatsApp number, the service is considered delivered and fulfilled.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

The only limited exception is as follows: if you have made a payment and you request a cancellation before your PDF report has been sent to you, your request may be considered at our sole discretion on a case-by-case basis. There is no guarantee of a refund in such cases.

6. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate personal information (name, date of birth, place of birth) required for the consultation.
• Ensure your WhatsApp number is active and able to receive files at the time of delivery.
• Not share, resell, or distribute the PDF report or consultation findings to third parties for commercial purposes.
• Use the service lawfully and in good faith.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, design, graphics, and report templates — is the intellectual property of Swami Samarth Numerology Consultation. You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any content from this website or your consultation report without prior written permission.

Your personal report is prepared specifically for you and is licensed for your personal use only.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of our services
• Decisions made by you based on the consultation or report
• Delays in delivery caused by factors beyond our control
• Technical issues on third-party payment or messaging platforms

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant service.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Maharashtra, India.

10. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
